Omotayo Akinrinwa is the Managing Partner and heads the Corporate Commercial Practice Group. He holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Lagos and has extensive experience in corporate and project finance, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets & competition law. He is admitted to practise in Nigeria and recognised as a leading corporate lawyer. He regularly advises corporates, project sponsors, fund managers, banks and other financiers on equity and debt capital raising, fund formation, and the structuring, financing and development of projects. He was formerly an Assistant Legal Manager & Head of Legal at a leading consulting firm. His role in corporate finance & advisory involved leading transactions in the areas of loan structuring, infrastructure financing, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He has worked with leading commercial law firms in Nigeria and has served in various capacities within the Nigerian bar association.

She obtained her LL.B from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, completed the Nigerian Law School programme in Enugu, and recently concluded her LL.M at the University of Lagos. She has worked in reputable law firms, and within the real estate sector, she has gained hands-on experience in contract drafting and review, corporate structuring, property documentation, and regulatory compliance. Adetayo also handles litigation, including preparing court processes, conducting legal research, managing case strategy, and representing clients' interests in negotiation and settlement engagements. Adetayo is known for her diligence, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering practical, business oriented solutions. She is passionate about continuous learning and expanding her expertise in corporate practice, commercial transactions, and real estate law. Outside professional work, she enjoys travelling and reading.

Anabella Ndidi Sunday, is a dedicated lawyer with great interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution process. She is a certified Mediator and Conciliator from the Institution of Chartered Mediators and Conciliator (ICMC). Her interest in Arbitration has been a driving force to her continous participation in ADR events, seminars and competitions. She is also a member of the International Law Association YLF Committee on ADR amongst several ADR societies and organisations. She recently participated in the international law Association annual essay competition, where she emerged as one of the winners of the essay competition. She completed her National Youth Service Corps with the international Federation of Women lawyers (FIDA) where she has been involved in Arbitration and Mediation processes for clients.
